Routers

A router is a piece of equipment which looks at the packets of data on one side of it and decides if and where the packet should be forwarded to. In the majority of cases a router sits on your own internal network and looks at all traffic present on the network. Any packets of data destined for another network (e.g. the Internet) are forwarded from the router to the next hop in the chain....usually via your connection to the Internet. Yellowstone can supply, install, and configure suitable routers for whatever application you have in mind. We can supply and program routers from a variety of manufacturers, including CISCO. We have qualified CISCO engineers available for such operations.
